Forge West End is a leading Physio West End clinic, dedicated to modern health and performance. They offer Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, Exercise Physiology, Remedial Massage, and Performance Classes — all under one roof.

Integrate a new booking system

Forge West End recently changed their online booking system to Pogozo. The new website needed to switch all booking links and reference to the new platform.

Website redesign

A MyWork website customer for nearly a decade, it was time for a website refresh to bring the online presence into 2025.

MailChimp Integration

As part of the new website build it was vital to maintain their integration with MailChimp which is a critical part of how Forge communicate to existing and potential clients through list generation and eDMs

Maintain SEO and domain authority

With a website with over 100 pages and blog articles, it was critical the new website design maintained the good work these pages were doing from an SEO perspective.

A key part of the rebuild was fully integrating their new Pogozo booking system, replacing all legacy links and ensuring a frictionless booking experience across every device.

We also preserved their vital MailChimp workflows, maintaining the studio’s ability to communicate with clients through automated list building and eDM campaigns.

With more than 100 existing pages and articles, MyWork implemented a careful SEO migration strategy to protect established rankings and domain authority throughout the transition.
