For many years, MyWork Complete has included one hour per month of time for website updates, tweaks, and improvements. From 2026, we’re making a small but meaningful change to how that time is represented – moving from hours to credits.
This change is designed to make support simpler, fairer, and more flexible for our customers, while ensuring you continue to receive the same level of value and care you’re used to.
What’s Changing?
Instead of your MyWork Complete package including one hour per month, it will now include monthly MyWork Credits.
Each credit has a clear, fixed value and can be used for all the same things covered by MyWork Complete time:
- Small updates and fixes
- Content changes
- Design tweaks
- Technical adjustments
- Ongoing improvements
In practice, nothing about what we do for you changes — just how it’s measured.
Why Are We Making This Change?
The biggest reason is fairness and clarity.
After years of customer feedback on our most popular MyWork Complete package, we know most of our clients make great use of their included time. We also understand that not all tasks neatly fit into “hour-long” blocks. Some fixes take 10 minutes, others can take over an hour, but under an hourly model, that can sometimes feel awkward or unclear when time is being used and how much – especially when a quick fix solves the problem.
The switch to MyWork Complete Credits allow us to:
- Focus on outcomes, not timekeeping
- Apply credits proportionally based on the work actually done
- Deliver faster, more efficient support
- Communicate credit allocation more clearly
In short, it lets us spend less time justifying minutes, and more time improving your website.
Do I Still Get the Same Value?
Yes – absolutely.
Your credits are equivalent in value to what you previously received under the hourly model. You’re not losing time, access, or support. You’re simply getting a more flexible way to use it.
We began trialling this change with a select group of customers in 2025, and the overwhelming consensus was that customers find that credits actually go further, especially for smaller tasks and quick wins.
What This Means for You
- No change to how you request work
- No change to response or support quality
- Clearer, simpler use of your included time
You’ll still work with the same team, using the same process – just with a system that better reflects how modern support actually works.
We’re Here to Help
If you have any questions about how credits work, how many you receive, or how they’re applied, just reach out to your Account Manager or our support team. We’re always happy to explain.
Thanks for continuing to trust MyWork with your website – we’re excited to roll this out in 2026 and make ongoing support even smoother.
