Best Brains and Minds first came to MyWork four years ago when they needed a better home for their existing website and a team they could rely on for ongoing hosting, maintenance and support.
In 2026, that relationship moved into its next stage with MyWork engaged to completely rebuild the website.
The new custom WordPress website gives the clinic a much cleaner, more modern digital presence while making a large amount of specialist information easier to understand and navigate. Conditions, services, resources and treatment information are clearly separated, with prominent pathways for both patients and referring health professionals.
With the clinic providing highly specialised mental health services, functionality was just as important as appearance. MyWork created multiple custom online forms to streamline common requests, including TMS referrals, repeat scripts, referral uploads, medical certificates and medication-related requests.
Dedicated treatment pages also give services such as accelerated and traditional TMS room to properly explain how treatment works, answer common questions and provide patients with clear next steps.
The result builds on a four-year relationship between Best Brains and Minds and MyWork, evolving from hosting and support into a complete website partnership with a modern platform the clinic can continue to grow.
