What was required

The brief

WordPress Design
We created a visually engaging website design to showcase the Kaizen HR brand. Features such as icons and animations are used to break up text-heavy pages and make the browsing experience more interesting for the user. Long form content is displayed creatively, with elements such as timelines, a mega menu, and eye catching calls to action placed throughout.
Custom Online Forms
Lead generation is one of the key goals for Kaizen HR, so we implemented Gravity Forms on the website. Forms can be seen not just on the home and contact pages, but also incorporated within content on the services pages, making it easier for a website user to submit an enquiry as they are browsing.
Blog/Content Library
For the Resources section of the website, two types of posts were created. Blog posts are used to discuss hot button topics and industry news, whereas articles are used to promote services. A filter was also included on the content library page so users can refine posts by category.
Domain Management
Just as the website was ready for launch, the final challenge appeared - the DNS records were not available for updating! The domain was being managed externally and unfortunately Kaizen could not access it to update the records. MyWork took over the management of the domain, set it up in Cloudflare, and connected the new website.
What MyWork did

The solution

Kaizen HR provides HR Consulting and Recruitment Consulting services to small to medium sized businesses in Australia. They needed a website to display and promote their services, while establishing a digital presence on the same level as their industry peers.

Kaizen HR had three clear goals for their new website:
1. Lead generation for the business
2. Education around services offered by Kaizen HR
3. Provide templates and resources for small businesses

Our main contact Molly had prepared an amazing brief with a content plan, notes around brand voice, target audience, and her example websites. In fact, her brief document was over 40 pages!
MyWork’s challenge was to meet the client’s expectations and requirements, but also to not lose sight of the three main goals for the website.

Ultimately, not only did we tick all the boxes, but we did it with creative flair.

Client testimonial
MyWork designed a stunning website that hit the brief perfectly. Everything flowed well, and the back end integrations worked seamlessly. They were a pleasure to work with and even provided instructions at handover to ensure I had all the tools I needed to maintain the website on my own. Great service.
