Staff App

The client

Staff App was born out of the need for a more integrated and flexible approach to staff management. An all-in-one platform for seamless staff management and communication, Staff App stands out as the straightforward choice for those seeking a practical and accessible solution for effective staff management.
What was required

The brief

WordPress Website Build
Staff App provided a few example sites for the look and feel they were after, along with a colour scheme. From there MyWork took the lead on the design, suggesting a structure for the sitemap and creating the page layouts. The build process was very collaborative, as the app was still in development while the build was underway.
Generated Content
Once the sitemap plan was established, MyWork generated content to start populating the new pages. As Staff App is aimed to help business owners across a range of industries, we created content outlining various use cases, demonstrating how the app's features can assist with staff management.
Landing Page
Within the site, we also created a dedicated landing page with sections for features, pricing and the link to download the app. The idea of the landing page is to promote the app to business owners who are already ready to sign up, as all the key info and call to actions are presented within the one page. The layout of this page can also be repurposed in the future for promotions.
What MyWork did

The solution

Staff App engaged MyWork to build a website while their new app was still being developed. They already had a simple landing page up and running with a lead capture form, but they needed assistance to flesh this out into a fully fledged website.

After figuring out the who/what/when/where/why questions for the new site, MyWork established the design direction and worked collaboratively with Mark to build it out, using placeholder elements to begin with and then populating images and text as it came to hand. Custom icons were created to match the features of the app, and we used a similar colour scheme and style to the app to keep the branding cohesive.

The end result was the creation of a future-proof site which can be expanded on as Staff App grows. Dedicated pages have been set up to showcase the features of the app, solutions, and FAQs for potential users. Starting off with generated content, Staff App have continued to add to their content library with app screenshots and tutorials for their user base.
