When TruRating approached MyWork with their new website requirements, we immediately dove into the project to get an understanding of their ‘must-have’ items and current pain points; working collaboratively with their team to extract the vital details for the new website.
MyWork got to work integrating TruRating’s bespoke online rating system data into the website itself; drawing a live feed of their real in-store rating data, as it happened, directly into the home page design. We also incorporated geolocation targeting on the website to ensure visitors from the US, UK and Australia were served unique, localised content and case studies relevant to their respective markets.
In the website redesign itself, we incorporated all of TruRating’s key design elements, showcasing their vibrant, positive culture with a colourful, flowing design. Including dynamic visual elements, such as a moving dashed line illustrating the customer journey, we’re proud of our achievements for TruRating.
