What sets WordPress COMPLETE apart is the included 1 hour per month of website labour (accrues to maximum of 12) which you can use at any time during the year for almost anything. Website design updates, website development changes, digital marketing campaign setup, content generation and optimisation, priority support & guides, if we offer it you can use your COMPLETE time for it.
How much does WordPress COMPLETE cost?
MyWork’s WordPress COMPLETE package is able to me paid either annual or monthly. Starting at $220 exGST per month, it’s already an affordable option for all your ongoing website needs.
Even better, choose the annual payment option and you can use all those banked hours right away! WordPress COMPLETE functions as a pre-paid service, giving you 12 months to use the 12 labor hours included.
Any requests for your website will be allocated in hours and tracked within your package, with no need for separate quotes or invoices. This is particularly useful for urgent requests which can be actioned swiftly without all the fuss of waiting for quotes and approvals.
If you purchase a new WordPress website with MyWork, the first 3 months of COMPLETE is included at no additional cost. And if you ever run out of hours, you can easily purchase a COMPLETE Top-Up.
What if I have online ordering, payments, courses, a CRM or WooCommerce installed?
No worries at all! As websites that have online ordering, payments, courses, a CRM or WooCommerce installed tend to be more complicated than standard a WordPress site, the solution starts at $330/month to allow for additional bandwidth, website storage and use of our support channels.
How do I use my WordPress COMPLETE time?
MyWork COMPLETE Monthly – Each month you accrue one hour of COMPLETE time. Unused hours can roll over and accumulate month-on-month up to a maximum of 12 hours. Accumulated hours can be used all at once or separately.
MyWork COMPLETE Annually – By paying annually you unlock your full allocation of 12 WordPress COMPLETE hours immediately . These can be used all at once or separately. WordPress COMPLETE hours do not roll over year-on-year.
What action does MyWork take to ensure my site is fully up to date?
Keeping your site fully up to date and secure can be a complicated process. At MyWork, we include automated plugin updates which helps keep your site ticking along as expected.
However, in some cases, a 3rd party plugin or theme might release an update that causes incompatibility issues requiring manual intervention by our skilled developers. While this is a rare occurrence, it does happen. And when it does, our team will swoop in and solve these issues (likely without you even knowing the issue took place).
For this, we allow up to 2 hours per year to be allocated from your included 12 hours so we can apply these updates swiftly and effectively. This process is what allows us to keep your site running smoothly, all year round.
