Project scoping and quoting

Introductions and kick off

Once you sign up, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Project Manager to oversee your website design and build. The PM will send you an overview email with the project notes and introduce themselves. They will also introduce you to the wider team who’ll be working on your project, so you can gain an understanding of everyone’s roles and responsibilities throughout the build process.

Content gathering and design direction

Collaboratively, we’ll work with you to piece together all of the elements we’ll need to complete your project. Think: images, fonts, colour schemes, and inspirational website examples. With you every step of the way, your Project Manager can help you put together a brief that encompasses your brand identity, site architecture, and user experience, ensuring a solid foundation for the design process.

Design and development

Bringing your vision to life, we create a website in a staging environment that showcases the planned aesthetic, colour scheme, and visual elements of your website. This step involves initial feedback and revisions to ensure the design aligns perfectly with your brand identity and resonates with your business goals. Regular updates and collaboration with your Project Manager ensure that the development process stays on track and meets your expectations.

Feedback and testing
